  • Which mirror series is the brightest?

    Illumination series has the brightest lighting effect as it is a front-lit designed mirror which reflects light forward to the face.

  • What is front-lit and back-lit lighting?

    Front-lit lighting has better lighting to your face as compared to Back-lit lighting which emanates light from behind the mirror, creating an ambient lighting effect.

  • Do you all provide customized size mirrors?

    Yes we can customize mirrors according to your size and requirements.

  • What size should I get for my home?

    • Depending on your room/toilet design, the common sized mirrors are usually sized between 50cm to 80cm for a regular sized mirror. If required, we can also customize the size according to your preference. 
    • For a full length mirror, it would be best to check with your ID on the required measurements.  

  • How fast can I receive my order?

    Depending on stocks availability. If we have to fabricate them from scratch, it will take 2-3 weeks.

  • How do I clean my XIRI Mirror?

    To properly clean a mirror and avoid corrosion, it is recommended to mix a spray bottle with 95% bottle water and 5% Isopropyl alcohol, spray onto a microfibre cloth and wipe the mirror, leaving no traces of moisture.

  • Is there warranty for XIRI Mirror?

    YourXlRl LED Smart Mirror is warranted against defects in materials and functionalities for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase.
